The Role
As our People Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining smooth HR operations, bridging our workforce with the business.
You’ll manage people data and administrative tasks, including:
- Pre-employment checks
- Employment contracts
- Compliance-related work You will support critical People Team projects and efficiency initiatives, advancing our internal systems and processes.
How This Role Fits In
You’ll report to the People Operations Lead and collaborate with:
- The Talent Acquisition Team
- People Experience Team
- Payroll Team
- And stakeholders across the organisation
Your work ensures seamless onboarding of new hires, effective data management, and smooth contractual processing for existing employees.

Key Responsibilities
Onboarding New Starters
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Team and internal stakeholders to deliver a smooth, timely onboarding experience.
- Process employment offers and issue contracts efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with stringent government checks including:
- Right to Work
- ID verification
- Criminal record checks ※ Ensuring accurate data and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactively resolve onboarding obstacles, communicating delays with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our employment background checking partner to collect pre-employment documentation on time.
Processing and Customer Support
- Provide first-point-of-contact excellence for People Team administrative queries.
- Monitor and respond to employee-related inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain ** высочайшие стандарты конфиденциальности**, privacy, and data protection when handling employee information.
- Keep employee files up-to-date within HR systems.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and the Data Protection Policy.
- Use our bespoke HR system to chase and manage outstanding pre-employment documentation.
- Support the People Operations Team in improving processes by championing better ways of working.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- Computer/literacy & IT skills:
- Fluency in Excel (formulas, data summarisation, presentation)
- Strong administrative and organisational ability
- Attention to detail paired with a focus on timeliness.
- Outstanding customer service and diplomatic skills for handling sensitive matters.
- GCSE level education or equivalent professional experience.
Essential Experience
- Previous administrative role demonstrating proven oversight of systems and processes.
- Researchable communications expertise in providing internal support and service.
