People Coordinator
People Co-Ordinator
As a People Co-Ordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of our People Team by playing a critical part in delivering a smooth employee experience by handling key administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

HR Administration:
- Coordinate and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, changes to employment, and offboarding processes through the People Services inbox.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, reference requests, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and personal files in compliance with data protection regulations.

HRIS and Systems Support:
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the HRIS.
- Generate standard and ad hoc reports for internal use and compliance reporting.
- Support the implementation and ongoing optimisation of HR systems and tools.

Employee Support:
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and accurate information or escalating where necessary.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities, and internal communications.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Liaise with Payroll to ensure accurate transfer of employee data.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, absence tracking, and statutory leave (e.g. maternity, paternity, sick leave).

- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all HR processes and records comply with company policies and employment legislation.
- Assist with audits and reporting related to compliance, diversity, and workforce metrics.
Essential Criteria
- Experience in a similar role
- Good attention to detail
- Competent at using Microsoft packages such as Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Criteria
- Knowledge of employment legislation
- CIPD Level 3 or above
