About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join Hilton Foods on a 14-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.
This role is ideal for an HR professional with experience in the food manufacturing or wider FMCG sector, who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and enjoys building strong relationships across all levels of the business.
As a trusted partner to our leaders, you will play a key role in delivering our people strategy, supporting organisational change, driving employee engagement and providing expert guidance on all aspects of employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across the business to understand priorities and develop effective people strategies aligned to business goals.
- Monitor and analyse people data and KPIs, providing insight and recommendations to drive performance.
- Support and deliver strategic people initiatives and organisational change projects.
- Manage a varied employee relations caseload, including complex cases, ensuring risks are appropriately managed.
- Coach and support managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence management and restructuring matters.
- Review and update policies and procedures and ensure they are effectively communicated across the business.
- Champion equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Lead and support employee engagement activities, including recognition programmes, employee forums and surveys.
- Support people-related ESG initiatives and compliance requirements.
- Attend daily factory review meetings and provide proactive operational HR support.
- Continuously review and improve processes, driving efficiencies and enhancing the employee experience.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a HR Business Partner or People & Culture Business Partner role.
- Experience within the food manufacturing, FMCG or similar operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law.
- Proven experience managing a broad range of employee relations matters.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience using people data and analytics to support decision-making.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (desirable).
