People & Culture Operations & Advisory Lead
£550.00 per day Umbrella

Our client is currently searching for a People & Culture Operations & Advisory Lead to join their team in Pangbourne near Reading. Within this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation and ongoing delivery of our client’s global P&C Operations and Advisory model.
Within this role, you will be responsible for establishing scalable HR operations, managing external service providers, driving service excellence, and ensuring effective support for employees, managers and P&C teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead a global P&C Operations and Advisory operating model.
- Establish and manage HR service delivery processes for standalone client.
- Partner with outsourced providers and vendors to deliver high-quality services.
- Lead service governance, performance management, case management and issue resolution.
- Drive customer experience, operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide operational insights, service metrics and workforce planning recommendations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing global team.
- Manage budget, risk, controls and compliance across P&C Operations.
- Oversee policy governance, data protection requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Lead change management activities supporting the transition to the new operating model.

Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- 15+ years of relevant HR experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven track record leading large HR operations and advisory teams.
- Experience in shared services, outsourced delivery models or global operating models.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.
- Knowledge of HR systems, service analytics, employee relations and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements.
