Greater Manchester | Full-Time | Office Based £43,000 – £45,000 + Career Development Opportunities

A hands-on HR leadership role with real influence
Sentrex Services UK Ltd is a growing national facilities management business delivering cleaning, grounds maintenance and support services across the UK.
We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead our people function and manage our head office team. This is a highly visible, hands-on role working closely with Directors and operational managers to strengthen our people processes, develop our culture, support managers and help drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the People & Culture function across the business.
- Manage, support and develop the head office team.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters.
- Handle disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management cases.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives.
- Maintain HR policies, compliance and employee records.
- Coach managers and improve people management capability.
- Help drive a positive, accountable and professional workplace culture.
About You
You may currently be a:
- HR Manager
- People Manager
- People Partner
- HR Business Partner
- Senior HR Advisor ready for your next step
You will be:
- Confident handling complex employee relations matters.
- Experienced in supporting managers and senior leaders.
- Organised, approachable and commercially minded.
- Comfortable balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day activity.
- An excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior HR position.
- Experience managing disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases.
- Experience managing or supervising a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong employment law knowledge.
- Ability to work from our Greater Manchester office on a full-time basis.

This is a fully office-based role.

- £43,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
