About the Role
As our People & Culture Partner, you’ll have a direct impact on the strategic direction of our business. This role blends people strategy, organisational effectiveness, and commercial growth with an exciting opportunity to lead transformation in a high-growth, AI-enabled environment.
You’ll:
- Partner with leaders across Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing, and other commercial functions, fostering high-performing teams.
- Be a trusted generalist People Advisor to managers and directors, supporting areas such as employee relations, performance, and organisational change.
- Own and improve UK People Operations, ensuring policies, processes, and experiences are compliant, efficient, and centred around the employee lifecycle.
- Help HiBob prepare for IPO readiness, advising leaders on how to scale responsibly, leverage technology, and redefine AI-driven workplaces.
- Contribute to a strategic, collaborative, and commercially-savvy culture where systemic improvements in people practices amplify business success.

What you’ll bring:
Essential Experience
✔ A career as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, People Operations Partner, or HR Generalist ✔ Experience in a SaaS, tech, or rapidly scaling organisation ✔ Strong grasp of UK employment legislation and employee relations ✔ Ability to coach leaders through complex people challenges (performance, culture, organisational dynamics) ✔ Background partnering with customer-facing, commercial, or GTM functions ✔ Experience operating in matrix organisations, influencing stakeholders without formal authority ✔ Exceptional stakeholder management, storytelling, and challenging feedback with empathy ✔ Knowledge of HR technology (especially systems that enhance operational efficiency) in a global context

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the bridge between HiBob’s operational needs and a world-class employee experience.
Partner leaders and teams
- Build trusted relationships with leaders and teams in critical functions.
- Serve as a lead coach for managers—helping them through engagement challenges, performance reviews, and scalability issues.
- Be a catalyst for accountability and team effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Drive operational & organisational excellence
- Advise on workforce planning, change management, and restructures to ease transitions.
- Leverage data (engagement surveys, turnover trends, revenue-linked performance) to spot risks and opportunities.
- Provide insight into how leaders can optimise lasting team structures, workflow design, and AI-aligned roles.
Own UK People Operations
- Oversee the end-to-end People lifecycle (onboarding, training, career planning, offboarding) to ensure repeated excellence.
- Streamline processes—automating, simplifying, and scaling them with UK compliance in mind.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning, Reward, and other People teams to keep a unified employee experience.
