Come and be yourself with us

Being a Bobber is all about being you. We want you to bring all parts of yourself to work, giving you the freedom and confidence to be the best you and do your best work. If that's bubbly, shy, precise, funny, bold, kind, honest, brilliant, or anything in between, we're waiting with open arms.

At HiBob, we believe our people are the power behind our business. As we continue to grow globally and prepare for our next stage of scale, we're looking for a People & Culture Partner to help shape exceptional employee experiences, strengthen manager capability, and contribute to the evolution of our People function.

About the role

As a People & Culture Partner at HiBob, you'll partner with leaders and employees across Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing and other commercial functions, helping build high-performing teams and supporting business growth.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to managers and directors, supporting organisational effectiveness, performance, employee relations, workforce planning and change initiatives. Alongside your partnering responsibilities, you'll own UK People Operations and continuously improve the employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

As HiBob continues its journey towards IPO readiness, we're evolving how we work to become more scalable, data-driven and AI-enabled. This role will play an important part in that transformation, helping leaders navigate change, improve team effectiveness and rethink how work gets done in an increasingly AI-powered environment.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of people strategy, organisational effectiveness and operational excellence. You'll thrive if you're commercially minded, pragmatic, collaborative and excited by the opportunity to influence how a growing global organisation scales.

Requirements

Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes they aren't the only factor. If you don't meet every requirement listed below but believe you'd be successful in the role, we'd still love to hear from you.

Essential experience

  • Experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, People Operations Partner, HR Generalist or similar role
  • Experience within SaaS, technology or other fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong employee relations experience and sound knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Experience coaching managers through performance, employee relations and organisational challenges
  • Experience supporting customer-facing, commercial or go-to-market functions
  • Experience operating in matrix organisations and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge constructively
  • Experience working across global organisations with distributed leadership teams
  • Experience using HR technology to improve employee experience and operational efficiency

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
