About the Role: People & Culture Partner
HiBob is seeking a People & Culture Partner to shape exceptional employee experiences, enhance leadership capabilities, and lead our evolving People function as we scale.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing, and other commercial teams to build high-performing, collaborative organisations.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to managers and directors on performance, employee relations, workflow planning, and change—helping them support organisational effectiveness.
- Driving UK People Operations, including employee experience, onward lifecycle management, compliance, and operational efficiency.
We aim to launch towards IPO-readiness, modernising our ways of working to become global, data-led, and AI-enabled. This role will:
- Help leaders navigate change, improve team performance, and redesign processes for scalability.
- Blend people strategy, organisational effectiveness, and process excellence.
- Support the transition towards an AI-enhanced organisation—inspiring transformation through technology.

Essential experience
- As a People Partner, HR Business Partner, People Operations professional, HR Generalist, or similar role.
- Within SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments.
- Comprehensive experience in employee relations and a strong grasp of UK employment law.
- Proven ability to coach managers through performance issues, employee relations, and organizational challenges.
- Hands-on experience supporting customer-facing or go-to-market teams.
- Skilled in navigating matrixed teams and influencing non-authoritative stakeholders.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication with the courage to constructive challenge.
- Demonstrated experience in global organisations with distributed leadership.
- Capable of leveraging HR tech to improve employee engagement and reduce operational drag.

Key Responsibilities
Partner leaders & teams
- Collaborate with leads & managers in B2B, Marketing, Customer Success.
- Foster trusted relationships across teams and functions.
- Coach management on conflict resolution, performance, and culture-building.
- Assist directors in cultivating high-performing, engaged, and responsible teams.
Drive organisational effectiveness
- Oversee change initiatives, restructuring, and current workforce planning.
- Analyze employee data, engagement metrics, and business KPIs to pinpoint trends and opportunities.
- Support improving team efficiency, performance, and organisational health.
Own and improve People Operations
- Own UK People Ops across the employee journey lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with processes while making them scalable, efficient, and employee-empowered.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Reward, and internal People teams.
