Welcome to Warner Bros. Discovery… the stuff dreams are made of.

Who We Are…

When we say, “the stuff dreams are made of,” we’re not just referring to the world of wizards, dragons and superheroes, or even to the wonders of Planet Earth. Behind WBD’s vast portfolio of iconic content and beloved brands, are the storytellers bringing our characters to life, the creators bringing them to your living rooms and the dreamers creating what’s next…

From brilliant creatives, to technology trailblazers, across the globe, WBD offers career defining opportunities, thoughtfully curated benefits, and the tools to explore and grow into your best selves. Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.

Your New Role…

Some roles keep things ticking over. This one helps shape how an entire business grows, develops and looks after its people. As a People & Culture Partner, you'll influence how people practices evolve across our Retail business — drawing on sharp insight, commercial awareness and strategic thinking to drive performance, engagement and long-term success.

Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Partner (Retail), you'll work side by side with leaders across the business to solve real challenges and deliver people solutions that raise both performance and colleague experience. This is hands-on, high-trust work with genuine visibility — the kind that shapes a business and stretches you in the process.

We're looking for someone curious, commercially minded and confident enough to challenge the status quo — a true partner who brings credibility, sound judgement and energy in equal measure. If you're at your best turning ideas into action, influencing meaningful change and making a real impact, this is the opportunity to do the work that defines your career.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Partner with Retail leaders to understand business priorities and deliver people solutions that drive performance, engagement and business results.
  • Build strong relationships across the Retail business through regular onsite engagement and a strong understanding of operational priorities.
  • Lead employee relations activity and provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, employment legislation and company policy.
  • Coach, influence and constructively challenge leaders to strengthen capability, leadership effectiveness and team performance.
  • Use people data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities, translating findings into practical actions.
  • Drive talent, succession, engagement and capability initiatives that strengthen future talent pipelines and leadership capability.
  • Lead and support organisational change, process improvements and people projects that enhance colleague experience and business outcomes.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and the wider People & Culture team to deliver joined-up people initiatives, workforce planning and key people priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
