Our Mission
As we grow into a global leader, we're looking for a People & Culture Partner to shape the way we work, enhance employee experiences, and strengthen leadership across key functions—including Customer Success, Business Development, and Marketing.
About the Role
As a People & Culture Partner at HiBob, you'll:
Partner with leaders and teams to:
- Collaborate with managers and directors in Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing, and other commercial functions.
- Build trusted relationships to foster high-performing, engaged, and accountable teams.
- Advise leaders on people strategy, team effectiveness, and organisational challenges.
- Support through employee relations, performance management, and change initiatives.
Drive organisational effectiveness by:
- Supporting restructures, workforce planning, and data-driven decisions.
- Using people data and engagement insights to identify trends and opportunities.
- Contributing to organisational design and scaling discussions.
- Guiding problem-solving for workshops differentiated processes.
Own and improve UK People Operations, including:
- Optimising the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, offboarding, etc.).
- Ensuring compliance, scalability, and efficiency in implicit processes.
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Reward teams.
- Championing AI and HR technology for enhanced experiences and efficiency.
Shape the future of HiBob by:
- Supporting growth-oriented People projects.
- Building scalable, data-informed practices for operational excellence.
- Preparing People strategies aligned with future ambitions and IPO readiness.

Essential Experience
- Experience in People Partnering, HR Business Partnering, People Operations, HR Generalist, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience in fast-paced environments, SaaS, tech, or high-growth industries.
- Deep expertise in employee relations and knowledge of UK employment law.
- Experience coaching managers through performance, relations, and organisational challenges.
- Experience supporting customer-facing, commercially-driven functions.
- Experience leading in matrix environments and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiations, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and constructive challenge capabilities.
- Experience in global teams and remote-first environments.
- Familiarity with HR technology to enhance processes and the employee experience.

- Ability to align strategy with operational execution.
- Demonstrated ownership, proactive initiative, and accountability.
