Come and be yourself with us

We want people who bring their full selves to work. Whether you're bubbly, shy, precise, funny, bold, kind, honest, brilliant, or anything in between—we’re actively seeking those with openness and passion to thrive in a dynamic environment.

At HiBob, we believe our people power our business. As we expand globally and prepare for the next stage of growth, we’re searching for a People & Culture Partner to help enhance the employee experience, improve manager capabilities, and develop our People function.

About the Role

As a People & Culture Partner at HiBob, you’ll partner with leaders and employees across Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing, and other commercial teams. Your role includes:

  • Building high-performing teams
  • Supporting organisational growth
  • Ensuring an exceptional employee experience across the entire lifecycle

HiBob’s journey towards IPO readiness means we’re evolving how we work—embracing scalability, data-driven decision-making, and AI integration. In this role, you’ll:

  • Support leaders in adapting to change and scaling operations
  • Enhance team effectiveness through emerging AI-powered processes
  • Influence how work is structured in a dynamic, growing organisation

This role suits someone who thrives at the intersection of people strategy, organisational effectiveness, and operational excellence. You’ll need:

  • A commercial mindset
  • Pragmatic, collaborative, and influential skills

If you don’t meet every requirement but believe you’re a great fit, we encourage you to apply. Culture and potential matter as much as formal experience.

Essential Experience

  • Experience in People Partner, HR Business Partner, People Operations Partner, HR Generalist, or a similar role
  • Background in SaaS, technology industries, or high-growth environments
  • Proficient employee relations experience, with strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Hands-on coaching for managers on performance management, employee relations, and people challenges
  • Direct experience supporting customer-facing, commercial, or go-to-market functions
  • Ability to influence stakeholders in matrix organisations without direct authority
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication with the ability to challenge constructively
  • Experience working with global, distributed leadership teams
  • Knowledge of HR technology to improve employee experience and operational efficiency

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
