Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Ice Tea and Rockstar Energy.
With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 6 production facilities and 16 logistics depot’s servicing customers up and down the UK. As these two historical businesses have come together, the one common goal remains, and that is ensuring our people succeed.
About the Role
As our Services Administrator – People & Culture, you’ll be at the heart of delivering smooth, accurate and high-quality People & Culture support for colleagues across GB, Ireland and International markets. You’ll be the go-to expert for flawless administration, ensuring employee data is precise, compliant and aligned with Carlsberg Britvic standards. This is a role where attention to detail meets great customer service—helping employees and managers get the support they need while keeping our People & Culture operations running effortlessly behind the scenes.

Key Accountabilities:
- Managing accurate and timely administration of employee data across People & Culture systems.
- Handling employment reference requests through our case management system in line with agreed SLAs.
- Supporting onboarding by coordinating twice-weekly right-to-work audits, capturing evidence in our systems, and escalating concerns promptly.
- Maintaining employee files (paper and digital), including routine purging in line with retention policies.
- Uploading and transferring employee and payroll data between third-party providers and SuccessFactors.
- Running alignment checks between payroll and People & Culture systems using Excel.
- Completing weekly and periodic administrative tasks to keep processes running smoothly.
- Coordinating Carlsberg Britvic’s “giving back” initiatives, including managing the inbox, processing payments, organising product donations, and ensuring full audit trails.
- Conducting regular audits of People & Culture data to ensure compliance with policies and processes.
- Providing flexible support to the wider People & Culture team when needed.
- Taking full ownership of customer queries, seeking specialist input where required and ensuring clear, timely responses.
- Continuously looking for ways to improve processes and enhance data quality.
- Working closely with the HR team to streamline workflows and deliver seamless HR services.
- Demonstrating operational excellence in every customer interaction.
Experience and Key Attributes Required:
- Extensive administrative experience with a process-driven mindset
- Proficient IT skills, including solid working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Ability to work effectively when workloads are heavy and meet tight deadlines
- A collaborative, flexible approach to supporting the People & Culture team
- Ownership mentality—seeing tasks through from start to finish
- Well-developed skills in planning and organization
- High accuracy and attention to detail
