People Data Analyst - Quant Hedge Fund
Paragon Alpha is partnering with a leading quantitative hedge fund as they continue to grow their Data & Analytics function, hiring a Business Data Analyst to support the firm's data-driven decision making.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll transform both internal and external data into meaningful insights, developing dashboards and analytical tools, delivering advanced data analysis, and managing the end-to-end analytics lifecycle to support strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transform both internal and external data into meaningful insights
- Develop dashboards and analytical tools
- Deliver advanced data analysis
- Manage the end-to-end analytics lifecycle to support strategic business initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a similar technical discipline
- Strong Python and data analysis skills
- Experience building dashboards, reporting solutions, and working with large datasets is highly desirable
