People Data & Systems Manager

We are recruiting for a well-known cultural organisation based in London for a permanent People Data & Systems Manager to lead the development of workforce reporting, people analytics, and HR systems. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how people data is used across the organisation, supporting strategic decision-making and driving continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing insightful workforce reporting and dashboards
  • Providing analysis on key people metrics
  • Ensuring HR systems are optimised, user-friendly, and fit for future business needs

Working closely with colleagues across People, Finance, IT, and senior leadership teams, you will lead initiatives that improve processes, strengthen data quality, and enhance system functionality.

Key Requirements:

  • Significant experience working with people data, analytics, and reporting
  • Strong HR systems knowledge
  • Confidence using advanced Excel and Power BI to create meaningful reports and dashboards
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for a range of stakeholders
  • Experience leading systems improvements, implementations, or data migration projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
