About the Role
We are recruiting for a well-known cultural organisation based in London for a permanent People Data & Systems Manager to lead the development of workforce reporting, people analytics, and HR systems. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how people data is used across the organisation, supporting strategic decision-making and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop insightful workforce reporting and dashboards
- Provide analysis on key people metrics
- Ensure HR systems are optimised, user-friendly, and fit for future business needs
- Work closely with colleagues across People, Finance, IT, and senior leadership teams
- Lead initiatives that improve processes, strengthen data quality, and enhance system functionality

Requirements
- Significant experience working with people data, analytics, and reporting
- Strong HR systems knowledge
- Confident using advanced Excel and Power BI to create meaningful reports and dashboards
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for a range of stakeholders
- Experience leading systems improvements, implementations, or data migration projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
