Hunter Adams are delighted to be supporting a leading organisation within the professional services sector to appoint a People Development Manager based in Dundee.

Reporting to the Head of People

This role will lead the delivery of a forward-thinking learning and development strategy focused on performance, capability building, engagement, and retention.

I'm keen to speak with candidates who have proven L&D experience, ideally within professional services, combined with strong stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills. CIPD Level 7 (or working towards), or equivalent experience, is preferred.
