Job Summary

Working as part of the National Housing Bank, the Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of key strategic objectives. You will be joining a collaborative and purpose-driven team, helping to strengthen the way we plan, track and deliver our priorities as the National Housing Bank continues to develop and embed new ways of working.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, hiring managers and internal stakeholders to enable delivery against our objectives. You will contribute to flexible business planning activity, including tracking, reporting and forecasting.

The role will support a broad range of business management activities, supporting hiring managers through the recruitment process and providing support to the delivery of our engagement plan. You will also support onboarding, induction and learning activities, helping to build team capability and ensure colleagues have the tools and information they need to deliver well.

There are some rewarding and ambitious areas of work to get involved with, and this is an excellent opportunity to balance day-to-day operational delivery with identifying opportunities to improve how we work.

Person specification

You’ll be comfortable supporting business management activities. You will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to delivering high-quality work and the ability to manage competing priorities in a changing environment.

You will be adaptable, curious, outcome-focused and confident working collaboratively with stakeholders across different teams and functions at senior levels. Your approach will be shaped by a good understanding of business management and operational delivery, and you will be able to build effective relationships that support shared priorities.

You’ll bring a proactive and organised approach to your work, with experience working in a business management function. You may also have experience coordinating learning and development activity, recruitment processes or onboarding activity, and you’ll be confident preparing presentations and written commentary.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
