About AerFin

AerFin is breathing new life into aviation. We buy, sell, lease and repair aircraft, engines, and parts to maximise the value for their owners and provide a lower-cost supply of material to our airline, lessor and MRO customers. Through our deep technical expertise and high-performance culture, we deliver confidence-inspiring quality, safety and value to our customers. Our blend of industry expertise and experience – today’s insight and tomorrow’s foresight – gives us a unique perspective on our industry that is trusted by over 600 customers across six continents. With regional hubs in Europe, Asia and the USA we’re perfectly placed to keep fleets flying and get deals done. That’s the AerFin way. That’s the way ahead.

About The Role

We're looking for a People Experience Advisor to join our People team and help shape the future of how HR is delivered across the business.

This is not a traditional People Experience Advisor role. Whilst you'll still provide operational HR support and help deliver key people processes, a significant part of your role will be focused on identifying smarter ways of working, leveraging technology, improving processes, and championing innovative thinking across the organisation.

Reporting to a Senior People Business Partner, you'll play a key role in challenging the status quo, driving operational excellence, and helping managers and employees embrace new ways of working. You'll be someone who naturally asks "Why do we do it this way?" and enjoys finding better, faster and more effective solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
