Every day, we go beyond expectations to help millions of people save money, at a time when it’s never mattered more. Through MoneySuperMarket, MoneySavingExpert, Quidco and our B2B partnerships, we help more than 24 million people make better financial decisions each month, saving UK households billions of pounds every year. It’s work we’re incredibly proud of.
We're now looking for a People Experience and Development Partner to join our People and Workplace team on a fixed-term basis. You'll play a key role in shaping how colleagues learn, grow and thrive across MONY Group.
This is a rare opportunity to influence colleague experience at scale. From learning and leadership development to AI capability, engagement and inclusion, you'll help create the programmes, tools and experiences that enable our people to do their best work and build successful careers.
What makes us different
This isn't a traditional Learning & Development role.
You'll join a small, high-impact team that sits at the heart of MONY Group's people strategy. Our People Experience and Development team brings together learning and development, employee engagement and diversity, equity and inclusion, giving you the opportunity to shape a wide range of initiatives while building expertise across multiple disciplines.
Colleague experience is one of MONY Group's biggest priorities, and you'll have the freedom to influence programmes that genuinely improve how people learn, connect and grow. Whether you're evolving our learning platforms, helping colleagues embrace AI, reimagining mentoring and coaching, or strengthening inclusion across the business, your work will have visible impact.
You'll be part of a collaborative team of three where ideas are valued, development is encouraged and everyone has the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution.
About the role
At MONY Group, we're reimagining how people learn, grow and thrive at work. As our People Experience and Development Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping that journey.
This is an opportunity to drive meaningful change across the organisation; creating development experiences that help colleagues build future-focused skills, grow their careers and do their best work. You'll work with stakeholders at every level, combining insight, creativity, technology and data to deliver initiatives that have a lasting impact on our people and our business.
From building AI capability across the organisation to enhancing leadership development, mentoring programmes and our wider learning ecosystem, you'll be at the forefront of how we develop talent at MONY Group. If you're excited by the future of work, passionate about learning and motivated by making a difference, you'll find plenty of opportunity to leave your mark.
What you'll be doing:
- Shape the future of learning at MONY Group by leading the evolution of our learning ecosystem, creating engaging and seamless development experiences that colleagues want to use.
- Unlock the full potential of LinkedIn Learning, embedding it into broader development pathways and building a strong partnership with our external provider.
- Transform our mandatory learning experience, ensuring learning is relevant, engaging and impactful, including the rollout of our enhanced 2027 framework.
- Champion AI capability across the business, helping colleagues develop the confidence, skills and mindset needed to thrive in an AI-enabled workplace.
- Design and deliver high-impact development programmes, spanning leadership, management, change and AI enablement, that support both individual and organisational growth.
- Reimagine our mentoring and coaching offer, creating experiences that inspire personal development, connection and career progression.
- Support colleague engagement initiatives, from survey activity to action planning, helping leaders turn insight into meaningful improvements.
- Drive smarter ways of working by partnering with People Operations and Workplace teams to improve processes, harness automation and enhance the colleague experience.
- Champion diversity, inclusion and belonging, partnering with colleague networks and business stakeholders to ensure every colleague feels valued, represented and able to succeed.
- Turn data into action, creating meaningful dashboards and insights that enable senior leaders to make informed decisions and shape future people strategies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
