People Experience & Communications Specialist

Why This Role Matters

As the People Experience & Communications Specialist, you’ll support people experience, engagement and communications activity across AS Watson Europe. You’ll create clear, engaging content and storytelling across internal and external channels, bringing our culture and colleague experience to life.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, working closely with teams across multiple European markets to support our O+O strategy, so we can put a smile on our customers’ faces today and tomorrow.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning and organising the delivery of internal communications and maintaining structured communications plans
  • Creating and publishing engaging content across internal platforms, applying a creative approach to design posts, presentations, visuals and campaign materials
  • Delivering people experience and engagement initiatives, including O+O (online + offline) events and campaigns, demonstrating strong project delivery
  • Collaborating with teams and markets to gather updates, stories and colleague experiences, building strong stakeholder collaboration
  • Supporting the “Remarkable Stories” programme through storytelling and content creation, bringing your storytelling ability to life across internal and external channels
  • Using feedback and engagement insights to continuously improve how we communicate and connect, applying analytical thinking

What You’ll Bring

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva (essential), plus working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, showcasing strong visual communication
  • Experience in communications, engagement, people, marketing or a similar fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability
  • Experience presenting to groups and supporting or hosting internal events, both online and in person, using confident presentation skills
  • Confidence in creating and adapting content for different audiences and channels, with strong written communication and attention to tone and clarity
  • Experience or interest in using AI tools and engagement insights to shape content and improve impact, highlighting digital fluency
