People Graduate - Learning and Development

Sage – Learning & Development Graduate Programme

At Sage, innovation starts with our people. As a global leader in AI, finance, and HR software, we harness cutting-edge technology to simplify complexity and drive progress. With over 13,000 colleagues across 40 locations worldwide and more than 2 million customers, we’re united by a shared purpose: to transform the way millions of businesses work.

We’re seeking ambitious graduates to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team, where you won’t just execute programmes—you’ll shape how learning drives performance, capability, and growth at scale.

Why Join Sage as a Graduate?

This is not a passive development programme. From day one, you’ll:

  • Work on real business challenges, contributing to how Sage builds critical skills across AI, leadership, and commercial excellence.
  • Challenge existing ways of working and help design the future of learning—not just support it.
  • Join a hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 remote) where hybridity reflects our dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be involved in:

  • Designing and delivering learning experiences embedded in the flow of work (not just traditional training sessions).
  • Using AI tools, digital platforms, and emerging tech to enhance learning creation, delivery, and personalisation.
  • Analysing learning data and performance insights to pinpoint improvements.
  • Contributing to early-career onboarding and global learning programmes, including rotations.
  • Experimenting with innovative approaches to boost learner engagement and impact.
  • Creating modern content in bite-sized, digital, social, and AI-enabled formats.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across L&D, People, and business to align learning with capability gaps and priorities.
  • Measuring and communicating the impact of learning on performance, behaviour, and business outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
