About the Role

If you're a highly organised administrator who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised and able to work independently. You'll be confident prioritising your workload, taking ownership of tasks and using your initiative to solve problems. This role would suit someone who enjoys getting things done, responds quickly to changing priorities and understands the importance of confidentiality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of People, you'll play a key role across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment coordination and onboarding to HR administration, IT/equipment setup and day-to-day office support. You'll be the go-to person for keeping processes running smoothly and ensuring new starters are set up for success.

You’ll support a wide range of People, IT, and office operations, including:

  • Coordinating interviews, managing job adverts and supporting candidate outreach.
  • Supporting the onboarding process by collecting new starter documentation, completing pre-employment checks and preparing IT equipment.
  • Conducting and monitoring compliance checks, including Right to Work, DBS and licence verification where required.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records across HR systems and ensuring documentation is uploaded and stored correctly.
  • Managing HR administration, including issuing probation confirmation letters, uploading documents for electronic signature and supporting employee lifecycle processes.
  • Monitoring probation review deadlines and proactively chasing managers for completed probation documentation.
  • Supporting the administration of HR platforms and business systems, including setting up new starters and maintaining employee information.
  • Handling confidential employee information in line with GDPR and company policies.
  • Posting employer-branding content and helping to keep talent pools engaged.
  • Setting up laptops, responding to basic IT queries and ordering equipment.
  • Supporting internal communications, newsletters, events and general office administration.
  • Managing office supplies, stationery, post and home-office equipment shipments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
