THE TEAM

The People Data, Insight and Analytics team sits at the heart of how easyJet understands and improves colleague experience. The team brings together data, insight and listening to empower leaders with the clarity they need to make informed decisions.

From engagement and culture to performance and workforce trends, the team ensures that colleague feedback is heard, understood and translated into meaningful action that drives performance and builds trust across the organisation.

THE ROLE

As our People Insight and Listening Partner, you will lead the development and delivery of an integrated employee listening programme, ensuring every channel is aligned, impactful and connected. You’ll turn feedback into meaningful insight, helping leaders understand what matters most to their teams and where to act.

You will shape how we listen, respond and act on colleague feedback, building trust in our data and embedding a culture where insight drives decision-making. You will also;

  • Deliver and continuously evolve the Airwaves survey and wider listening programme to ensure consistency, quality and impact.
  • Translate listening data into clear, actionable insights that support better business decisions.
  • Establish effective governance including feedback loops, trackers and stakeholder groups to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Monitor engagement, trust and culture metrics, providing clear and timely reporting to leaders.
  • Integrate listening data with broader people insights to create a joined up narrative of colleague experience.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify themes, risks and opportunities and ensure actions are tracked and delivered.
  • Build capability across HR and leadership teams to confidently interpret and act on data.
  • Stay up to date with external best practice to continuously enhance easyJet’s approach to listening and analytics.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in employee listening, engagement or people insight roles.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into meaningful, commercial insight.
  • Experience working with listening platforms such as Peakon or similar tools.
  • Confident communicator who can present insight clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working alongside analytics teams and using data to influence decisions.
  • A proactive mindset with curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement.

PRACTICALITIES

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
