Contract Type: Permanent

Role Overview

Are you ready to lead how data shapes people decisions at scale? As a People Insight Lead, you will play a critical role in driving a step-change in how insight informs strategy, partnering senior stakeholders to deliver impactful analytics that influence business direction.

This is more than a reporting role; it’s an opportunity to transform the way People data is used, moving from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-led decision making. You will lead the development of a modern, automated reporting ecosystem, building scalable dashboards, embedding self-service capability, and helping to create a unified “single view” of employee data.

Working at the intersection of People, Finance and Technology, you will translate business priorities into clear analytics roadmaps by delivering deep insights on areas such as retention, hiring, talent, engagement and productivity. You will also introduce more advanced and predictive techniques, ensuring data not only explains the past but shapes the future.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
