People Insights Data Architect

Location: Glasgow (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

The Role

We’re looking for a People Insights Data Architect who can shape the analytical backbone of workforce reporting at Coherent. This isn’t a traditional HR reporting role. It’s a hands-on, high-impact position for someone who understands data at its core—how it’s structured, how it flows, and how to model it so that insights become scalable, reliable, and genuinely decision-changing.

You’ll partner with business and functional leaders to design the analytical structures that power our workforce intelligence. You’ll build the semantic logic, model effective-dated HR data, and translate complex people concepts into robust, future-proof analytical frameworks. If you love architecting data rather than just visualising it, this is the role where your craft will matter.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
