Role: People and Office Co-ordinator
Salary: £16,800 (£28,000 FTE)
Location: London
Term: Temporary 7-8 months
Are you the kind of person who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly, and making sure people are properly looked after? Welcoming visitors, setting new joiners up for success, keeping systems and records accurate, and supporting teams behind the scenes with everything from onboarding to recruitment logistics. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the office, including visitor reception, meeting rooms, office supplies, and office budget.
- Organise team events, wellbeing initiatives, and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Act as the main contact for building management, office maintenance, and health & safety.
- Set up equipment for new starters, maintain IT assets, and provide basic IT support.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including system setup, right-to-work and reference checks, equipment, and access.
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
- Support payroll administration and prepare HR documentation.

Skills & Experience

- Experience in Office Management, Office Coordination, or People Operations.
- Experience using HRIS or similar HR systems.
- Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
- Familiarity with payroll processes (desirable).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
