Based in our Hwb in: Negotiable between Monmouthshire / Blaenau Gwent / Caerphilly / Newport / Torfaen
Contract Type: Permant
Hours & Working Pattern
- 35 hours per week (full-time)
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- Occasional evening and weekend working may be required to support the organisation’s 24-hour service delivery model
- All staff are expected to work flexibly from time to time to meet the needs of the Charity and the people we support
Accountable to: People Business Partner
Purpose of the Post
The role provides frontline HR delivery capacity, enabling proactive, values-led and trauma-informed support across the organisation, ensuring managers are equipped to lead people confidently, safely and consistently.

This role requires frequent travel for business purposes. A current valid driving licence, access to a car and insurance covering business use
