People & Onboarding Coordinator

Human Resources Hybrid Employed (37.5 hrs) – Canterbury, CT1 2XJ

About Psicon

Psicon is a specialist neurodevelopmental service working collaboratively with NHS trusts to deliver autism and ADHD assessments. An independent organisation, our primary focus remains supporting the NHS with high-quality psychological healthcare. Committed to innovation, we ensure our services meet the highest industry standards.

About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated People & Onboarding Coordinator to support our People & Performance team in Canterbury. Ideal for those with HR administration or coordination experience who thrive in a dynamic setting and are passionate about creating a positive employee journey from initial offer through to seamless onboarding and beyond.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Onboarding Compliance

  • Oversee the full onboarding workflow, including offer extensions, contract Issuance, and coordinating pre-employment checks—right to work, DBS, references, qualifications, and professional registrations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to craft smooth induction programs while ensuring compliance at every stage.
  • Host engaging in-person and virtual onboarding sessions for new hires.
  • Generate regular compliance reports, monitoring timelines, outstanding verifications, and risk mitigations.
  • Track probation reviews, issue reminders, and escalate overdue actions as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date compliance databases for DBS renewals, professional registrations, and mandatory training, addressing any identified risks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
