People Operations Administrator – Fixed Term (6 Months) @ Lomond Investment Management

About the Role

Fixed-term contract for 6 months (37.5 hrs/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM).

Core Responsibilities

  • Records Management:
    • Maintain accurate and GDPR-compliant employee records across HR systems and files.
  • Employment Lifecycle Support:
    • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and administer onboarding/offboarding.
  • Workflow Coordination:
    • Triage and respond to HR inbox queries efficiently and professionally.
    • Track absence, holiday, sickness records, probation reviews, and regulatory compliance (visas, training).
  • HR Operations & Reporting:
    • Support audits, employee relations, HR reporting, and wider HR projects.

Role Requirements

We’re looking for a proactive, ev Denmark, social, and meticulous team member with the following qualifications:

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to scrutinise employee information to ensure accuracy and compliance, especially under GDPR.
  • Professional Communication: Confident written and verbal skills for transitions and intranet updates.
  • Confidentiality: Clinical ability to handle sensitive data with discretion.
  • Data & Tech fluency: MS Office (Word/Excel) essential, adaptability with evolving HR tools.
  • Collaboration & Independence: Proven ability to work solo and as part of a fast-paced team.

(No prior HR experience required—we’ll ensure you’re set up to succeed.)
