Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

This HR Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in delivering consistent and high-quality HR services across PIMCO’s global workforce.

You will act as a key HR business partner, supporting the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and transfers to offboarding—while ensuring seamless operations, data accuracy, compliance, and positive employee experience.

Core Responsibilities

1. Employee & HR Inquiry Case Management

  • Resolve employee and manager inquiries timely and accurately, covering HR policies, processes, and programs.
  • Manage cases via ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to appropriate teams.

2. Employee Lifecycle Operations

  • Execute core HR processes, including:
    • Onboarding, transfers & mobility
    • Offboarding & documentation
    • System readiness & compliance updates
  • Ensure a high-quality, consistent employee experience through coordinated activities (comm climates, training, change requests).

3. Data & Transaction Processing

  • Execute HR transactions in Workday with 100% accuracy.
  • Maintain employee data integrity through system updates.
  • Generate basic reports and support operational tracking.

4. Process & Compliance Adherence

  • Align operations with global HR policies, regional laws, and audit requirements.
  • Validate data and prepare audit-ready documentation as needed.
  • Support data validation checks and documentation requests.

5. Knowledge Support & Self-Service Enablement

  • Create, update, and curate HR knowledge articles for employee self-service.
  • Identify content gaps and align with global standards.
  • Improve usability based on employee feedback.

6. Core Program Support

  • Contribute to operational HR delivery (e.g., HR Client Requests, Knowledge Management).
  • Execute program activities with global standards and quality consistency.

7. Employee Experience & Service Excellence

  • Deliver thoughtful, responsive HR support to employees and managers.
  • Flag recurring issues for process improvement.
  • Foster a employee-centric HR experience.

8. Continuous Improvement & Efficiency

  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions.
  • Support standardized processes and automation initiatives.
  • Help reduce manual work and enhance service efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of data accuracy and quality.
  • Proven communication and organisational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks under deadline pressure.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive workforce information.
  • Ability to independently problem-solve, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Willingness to adapt to new systems and evolving processes.
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Strong execution skills for high-volume, detailed transactions.
