Help build an exceptional employee experience. Every single day.

Behind every great company is a People team that makes work feel effortless.

We're looking for a People Operations Analyst who's passionate about delivering an outstanding employee experience, thrives on bringing order to complexity, and loves finding smarter ways of working. If you're excited by creating seamless processes, leveraging technology and AI, and making every employee interaction count, we'd love to hear from you.

Joining our People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, you'll support our growing teams across the UK and US, owning the operational heartbeat of the employee lifecycle—from welcoming new joiners on day one to supporting career moves, benefits, and everything in between.

You'll be part of a collaborative global People Operations team, working closely with colleagues across the UK and India to deliver a seamless, consistent, and exceptional employee experience for our UK and US teams. Together, you'll share knowledge, continuously improve processes, and leverage technology and AI to build a best-in-class People Operations function.

This isn't just about administration. It's about building scalable People Operations that enable an ambitious, fast-growing business to do its best work.

What You'll Own

  • Create an exceptional employee experience
    • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new joiners across our UK and US teams, creating a seamless experience from offer acceptance through to day one and beyond.
    • Manage key employee lifecycle activities including promotions, transfers, salary changes, probation confirmations, and offboarding.
    • Ensure probation reviews are completed on time, outcomes are accurately recorded, and documentation is maintained.
    • Coordinate UK and US background screening through Zinc, ensuring all checks are completed efficiently and compliantly.
    • Partner with managers, People Partners, IT, Finance, Payroll and other stakeholders to ensure every employee transition is delivered smoothly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
