About the Role
A natural problem-solver with a passion for exceptional employee experiences—this isn’t about checkboxes, but driving meaningful change. As People Operations Assistant, reporting to the Head of People Partnering, you’ll:
- Enhance HR operations by identifying efficiencies and smarter workflows.
- Shape employee experiences from first day to final departure.
- Champion data integrity while supporting strategic goals.
- Grow expertise in a dynamic, innovation-led environment.

You’ll be the heartbeat of People admin, ensuring seamless, positive interactions across all HR touchpoints.
Core Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact: Expertly triage and resolve routine HR queries—directly improving employee journeys.
- Self-Service Champion: Turn common employee queries into knowledge guides, reducing repetitive tasks.
- Core HR Admin: Handle all employee lifecycle changes—from contract drafting to onboarding/offboarding workflows.
- Reference Management: Safeguard accuracy and compliance (GDPR compliance and confidentiality).
- Records Stewardship: Maintain spotless employee files, monitoring data integrity.
- Collaborative Support: Partner with People Partners and Payroll to ensure accurate, timely processing.
- HRIS Configuration: Assist with SuccessFactors updates and enhancements.
- Compliance Guardian: Ensure HR policies align with legal requirements, GDPR, and internal standards.
- Employee Lifecycle Admin: From onboarding to transition out—keeping processes smooth and efficient.
Requirements
- SuccessFactors & Jira Knowledge: Proven experience in HR info systems—especially ticketing efficiency.
- Data Protection First: Deep understanding + commitment to GDPR compliance.
- Office Proficiency: Strong MS Office / Google Workspace skills for document management.
- Clarity Champion: Exceptional communication via writing and speaking.
- Prioritisation Mastery: Thrives under pressure, juggling competing deadlines.
- Globe-Challenging Attention: Error-free precision for sensitive HR operations.
- Customer Obsession: A mindset focused on delivering a five-star internal service.
