A leading global organisation is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join its HR Shared Services team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in HR Operations, People Services, or Shared Services who enjoys delivering excellent employee support and managing HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries
- Manage cases and support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding
- Process HR transactions accurately within HR systems
- Support payroll, benefits, compliance, and documentation requests
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge management initiatives

What we're looking for:
- Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or a similar environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience using HR systems and case management tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Workday experience preferred but not essential
