Looking to build a career in HR and People Operations?
Join ZIGUP’s People Operations team supporting colleagues and guiding managers to keep essential people processes moving and help the business run smoothly.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing HR role where no two days are the same. You’ll support a broad range of HR and People Operations activity across onboarding, colleague administration, colleague changes, compliance, and day-to-day colleague support.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage HR queries through calls, inboxes, and our ticketing system
- Prepare contracts and colleague documentation
- Support onboarding and Right to Work checks
- Maintain HR systems and colleague records
- Work closely with Payroll, Recruitment, Colleague Relations, and the wider HR team to keep processes moving efficiently
- Help support managers with everyday HR processes
- Contribute to improving the way we use systems, technology, and automation across People Operations

- Salary - £28,700 per annum

What we’re looking for
You may already have experience in HR, Human Resources, HR Administration, Recruitment Support, or People Operations. Equally, you may come from a busy operational or customer-focused environment and be looking for your first move into HR.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a busy workload. Customer-focused communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence using systems and technology are all important in this role.
You’ll likely be someone who:
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Is brilliant with systems and technology, with an interest in AI and Automation
- Is comfortable working with data and reporting
- Likes improving processes and finding smarter ways of working
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Wants to build a long-term career within HR and People Operations
