People are at the heart of everything we do. As the UK's largest specialist family law firm, we're growing at pace and we're doing things differently. We don't believe HR is simply about processes and policies; it's about creating an exceptional experience for every person who joins, grows and succeeds with us.

We're looking for a People Operations Executive who shares that passion.

This isn't only an administration role. It's an opportunity to become a trusted part of a forward-thinking People team that's continually evolving, embracing technology and finding smarter ways to support our colleagues. If you love improving processes, working with data, and making a genuine difference to people's working lives, you'll thrive here.

What you'll be doing

  • Support every stage of the employee lifecycle - from offers and onboarding through to promotions, changes and leavers.
  • Become the go-to person for day to day People Operations queries, delivering an exceptional service to colleagues across the business.
  • Help manage our HR systems, ensuring our people data is accurate, insightful and supports better decision making.
  • Produce meaningful reports and identify opportunities to improve the way we work.
  • Support monthly payroll processes alongside our Finance team.
  • Manage benefits administration and support key people initiatives throughout the year.
  • Help us continuously improve our processes as we grow, making them simpler, smarter and more efficient.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
