About the Role

Act as first point of contact to HR inquiries via ServiceNow, providing accurate, timely, and empathetic support

  • Assign and/or escalate HR inquiries as necessary and as quickly as possible
  • Execute employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, including hires, terminations, job and compensation changes, and manager transfers
  • Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with internal controls and local employment regulations
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including systems setup, benefits orientation, stakeholder communications, and Workday updates
  • Partner with HR Business Partners on policy guidance, performance concerns, and employee relations matters
  • Collaborate with Payroll on salary audits, final pay instructions, and unemployment claim processing
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports as needed
  • Assist in tracking completion of compliance training
  • Identify trends in employee inquiries and contribute to the improvement of HR processes and knowledge base content
  • Identify process improvements and communicate across stakeholders to form recommendations
  • Support wellness, engagement, or other HR initiatives and projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3-5+ years of HR operations experience, preferably in a regional or global support role
  • Working knowledge of global employment practices
  • Proficiency in HR tools like Workday and ServiceNow
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for creating equitable and inclusive employee experiences
