🏡 Where you'll fit in

We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to help build and scale our people infrastructure across regions. You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing People Operations team, working closely with our Kraken Capabilities team, and business leaders.

This role is critical to ensuring a brilliant, seamless experience across the employee lifecycle - from post-offer onboarding through to off-boarding - while continuously improving our systems and processes to enhance both individual and organisational performance.

🚀 What You’ll Own

  • Own and improve people systems (e.g. HiBob, Lever, Zinc), ensuring data integrity, usability, and scalability
  • Lead and support global People Ops initiatives - from design to implementation - across onboarding, internal mobility, and exits
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics including equipment, contracts, system access, and background checks
  • Support Visa operations: tracking visa types, managing agency communications, and maintaining documentation/templates
  • Maintain and localise policies, handbooks, and guides
  • Advise managers and employees on people tools and policies, ensuring a compliant and human-first experience
  • Collaborate with Legal, IT, Talent, and Payroll to ensure smooth, secure, and compliant processes across geographies

🧠 What You Bring To The Party

  • Solid experience in People Operations or HR, ideally in high-growth or global environments
  • Strong understanding of HR systems - especially HiBob and ATS tools (e.g. Lever, Greenhouse)
  • Basic knowledge of UK employment practices, with the ability to adapt and learn as needed
  • A people-first mindset with a knack for building efficient, scalable processes
  • Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • You’ve managed people admin across multiple European countries and are familiar with different regulations and practices
  • Experience with benefits administration and/or immigration processes is a plus
