Who We Are:

At Omaze, we give our community in the UK and Germany the chance to win luxury homes and other life-changing prizes — all while raising money for the causes they love.

Thanks to our Omaze Community, we’ve raised over £100 million for UK charities in just five years. That’s millions helping organisations like Age UK, the RSPCA, British Heart Foundation and Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity deliver life-saving work.

And the best part? We’re only just getting started. Omaze is building a business and culture committed to growth and creating significant social impact on a global scale.

🔑 About The Job

The People team at Omaze is evolving, and we're looking for someone who gets excited about building the systems, processes and automations that help a business scale.

You'll own the operational heartbeat of the People function, from employee lifecycle processes and HR systems to the annual people cycles that keep the business moving. You'll be the day-to-day owner of our HRIS during an exciting period of platform evolution, while continuously identifying smarter ways of working across the team.

We're looking for someone who thinks like a systems builder. When you spot a repetitive task, your instinct isn't to accept it, it's to automate it. You enjoy improving workflows, removing friction and using technology to make work better for everyone.

AI is already changing how great operations teams work, and we expect it to be part of your toolkit. Whether you're drafting documentation, building workflows or improving processes, you'll use technology to help us move faster and operate more effectively.

If you're passionate about creating scalable operations rather than simply maintaining them, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
