People Operations Coordinator | Temp Ongoing with strong potential to extend

📍 Central London | 3 days onsite (Wednesday & Friday essential)
💰 £35K - £42K DOE

Are you a People Operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys keeping everything running like clockwork?

We're partnering with an innovative, high-growth business to find a People Operations Coordinator to join their team immediately on an ongoing basis, with a strong possibility of extension and longer-term opportunities for the right person.

This is a busy, hands-on role where you'll be at the heart of the People team, supporting employees across the full HR lifecycle while managing a high volume of queries through the People ticketing system.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning a high-volume People Operations ticketing system, resolving employee queries quickly while meeting SLAs.
  • Managing HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, performance and pay review processes.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in HiBob, ensuring exceptional data accuracy - previous experience essential!
  • Running HR reports and extracting payroll data.
  • Supporting benefits administration.
  • Triaging and responding to a wide range of People-related queries.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and deliver an outstanding employee experience.

  • Previous hands-on experience using HiBob is essential.
  • Experience managing a high-volume HR/People ticketing system and employee queries.
  • Experience in a busy HR Operations or People Operations environment, ideally within a business of 300+ employees.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent HR systems and data management skills.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with stakeholders across the business.
  • Someone who loves improving processes, solving problems, and keeping things running efficiently.
