About the Role
You will build strong, trusted relationships with leaders to align people strategies with business goals. As a proactive advisor, you'll support the employee lifecycle, including:
- Performance & development
- Engagement initiatives
- Employee relations
- Organisational design
- Change management
Your role involves using data and insights to:
- Identify trends
- Pinpoint improvement opportunities
- Drive high-performing, inclusive culture
- Ensure consistent, fair practices aligned with company values
Key Responsibilities
- Offer end-to-end HR support, including:
- Best practice guidance
- Employment legislation compliance
- Employee relations management
- Recruitment & talent planning
- Manager coaching
- Employee engagement initiatives
- People-focused projects at both site and organisation level

Expected Expertise
Ideal candidates would have:
- CIPD qualification as a minimum standard
- 3–5 years of proven HR generalist experience
- Strong preference for medium/large unionised manufacturing environments
