Clifton College Education Group are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive People Partner to join our People Team and play a key role in supporting leaders, managers and colleagues across our vibrant educational community.

Previous experience in the Education sector is not essential. Whether you are an existing HR Business Partner looking for your next challenge or an experienced HR Advisor ready to take the next step into a business partnering role, we would love to hear from you.

About The Role

Reporting to the Head of People, you will work closely with leaders and managers across the Clifton College Education Group, providing expert guidance and practical support on a broad range of people matters.

You will be a credible and approachable HR professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and helping others succeed.

You will act as a trusted adviser, supporting the delivery of our People service through:

  • Business partnering and stakeholder engagement
  • Employee relations and case management
  • Recruitment and workforce planning
  • Organisational development and change initiatives
  • Leadership and management development
  • Employee engagement and wellbeing activities
  • Policy development and continuous improvement projects

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines operational HR expertise with strategic people partnering. You will have the opportunity to influence decision-making, support team development and contribute to the fostering of an inclusive and positive working culture.
