Role of People Partner

The role of People Partner in this business involves providing strategic and operational HR and DEI support to drive organisational goals. Based in Nottingham, this position focuses on aligning HR practices with business needs to support growth and employee engagement.

Description

  • Drive and support the execution of integrated DIB projects and programmes, and the preparation of materials to support decision making.
  • Build, monitor, and analyse feedback and effectiveness metrics across DIB products/services.
  • Deliver special DIB projects and scalable initiatives from start to finish that advance associate engagement and a sense of belonging.
  • Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Support the implementation of talent acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Lead on HR projects and ensure the delivery of key milestones.
  • Advise on compensation and benefits to ensure market competitiveness and fairness.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and employee engagement across the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

Profile

A successful People Partner should have:

  • Experience in a Human Resources role, ideally with a strong EDI bias.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organisational development.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven track record in delivering HR solutions that align with business strategies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A CIPD qualification or equivalent would be advantageous.
