People Partner (Employee Relations) - 6 month FTC
📍 Location: Ashford, Kent (4 days on site ideally)
💰 Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
🕒 Duration: 6 months (immediate start preferred)
We are looking for an experienced People Partner to join our client on a 6-month contract basis. This is a high-impact role, playing a central part in understanding workplace culture challenges, conducting investigations and helping shape meaningful, lasting change in a complex operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a focused workplace culture review, identifying causes behind behavioural, engagement, and organisational challenges
- Conduct fair and evidence-based investigations, gathering insights through interviews, data analysis, and onsite observations
- Analyse findings and produce a clear, actionable report with practical recommendations
- Provide expert guidance to the leadership team, supporting the implementation of recommendations and embedding sustainable cultural change

Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in workplace culture, organisational development, or employee relations
- Strong track record of conducting complex investigations and delivering insightful, evidence-based outcomes
- Ability to analyse data and translate this into clear recommendations
- Confidence working in a fast-paced and operational environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
- Availability to start at short notice
