What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like:
As a strategic partner to the Operational teams and wider business, you will lead on and/or contribute to the development and implementation of key strategic, Operational and Business improvement projects. You will proactively partner with key stakeholders and develop initiatives and activities positively contributing to colleague experience and improve key business metrics.
Daily you will:
- Provide expert guidance, advice and support to leaders on best practice, organisational development, people management, change management and employee relations matters
- Partner closely with the Head of People/UK People and Group Centralised Services Manager in the development and delivery of local people strategies and projects in line with departmental KPIs
- Contentiously review HR policies and procedures, reporting and making recommendations for improvement
- Contribute in the implementation and delivery of approved People initiatives, plans, strategies and procedures
- Support the Centralised services team including providing line management, working along side the People Systems Manager and acting as the point of contact for escalations
- Support Health and Wellbeing across the group including providing line management support for the Health and Wellbeing Team

You will:
- Be a confident team player who strives to deliver and exceptional service to stakeholders. You will display leadership skills and have the required experience in your field and apply your knowledge and skills with a pragmatic approach, always considering both people and commercial impacts.
- You will ideally have the following:
- HR experience within the BPO or similar fast pace industry covering the complete employee lifestyle
- Experience of using HR Information Systems
- Solid and extensive understanding of UK local employment legislation and employee relations
- Have a passion for supporting employee wellness
- People Management experience
- Experience of working with counterparts in other geographies
