Job Description: People Partner

About the Role

Our People Partner role is a commercially focused and critical partner to Operations Managers and other key stakeholders within the business. Working alongside operations and support functions, they deliver key initiatives that align with itsu’s strategy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with all support functions to deliver key people and operational initiatives aligned with itsu’s strategy.
  • Execute the employee lifecycle seamlessly and accurately.
  • Ensure General Managers and Operations Managers understand when and how to escalate ER issues to the People Partner.
  • Be proactively aware and advise on the creation of performance improvement plans for shop teams.
  • Lead and drive key people initiatives and projects, supported by operations and the wider people team.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Team to support recruitment, when required.
  • Support the L&D team in delivering people-focused training programmes to upskill management competency and HR capability in shop operations, providing insights and expertise for content and delivery.
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting on people KPIs and insights.
