People Partner, Revenue

People Partner

We’re reinventing payments.

In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game-changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year.

But we’re just getting started.

About the Role

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

As a People Partner, you’ll be a deeply embedded business ally, driving a high-performance culture across our non-tech teams. You will act as the vital link between our People programs and the fast-paced environments of the leaders you support, starting with our Revenue Organisation. Your mission is to maintain a constant pulse on employee sentiment and deliver high-quality People initiatives that help shape our future.

What you will do...

  • Partner with business leaders to evolve organisational design and team structures that support our ability to scale effectively.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and coaching to our managers, equipping them with essential skills to lead their teams.
  • Deliver responsive, front-line People support and real-time troubleshooting for your dedicated business areas.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment law and an optimal employee experience.
  • Assess talent development needs, identify skills gaps, and advise leaders on impactful learning initiatives.
  • Lead and contribute to People team projects, driving the execution of strategic initiatives that impact the broader business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
