About the Role
Reporting to a Global People Partner, this role will act as a strategic business partner to senior leaders and managers in Sales and Marketing, driving HR strategy alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on organisational design, talent management, and employee relations.
- Collaborating with leaders to develop HR strategies that drive success.

How We Work
A hybrid model (avg. 3 days/week office-based). 📍 Office: Gresham Street, London (near St Paul’s Cathedral). 🚇 Key transport links: St Paul’s Tube Station, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Planning
- Align HR strategies with business objectives, identifying high-impact opportunities.
- Partner with people leaders to develop data-driven HR plans.
2. Talent Management
- Support succession planning for critical roles.
- Design development pathways for high-potential talent in collaboration with People Development.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting top managers.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of Senior Managers.
3. Employee Relations
- Foster strong, confidential and professional relationships across all levels.
- Address HR challenges proactively to maintain a positive work environment.
4. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Collect, analyse, and report on HR metrics (headcount, turnover, diversity, retention).
- Use data insights to enhance organisational decision-making.
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Proven experience as a Strategic HR Business Partner (3+ years).
- Global/International HR experience advantageous.
- Commercial acumen to align HR strategies with business needs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability to drive long-term results.
- Confidentiality in handling sensitive employer/employee matters.
- Resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
