We’re looking for an experienced People Partner to work closely with our Retail Field Leadership Team, supporting stores across the South of the UK. This is a true field-based role, designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced retail environments and enjoys being visible, influential and hands-on.
You’ll play a key role in delivering our people strategy, enabling leaders to drive high performance, strong engagement and consistent, values-led behaviours across their teams.
As a trusted partner to our Retail Field Leaders, you will:
What You Will Be Doing:
- Partner with the field leadership team to deliver people plans aligned to commercial objectives
- Coach and challenge leaders on performance, engagement, capability and behaviour
- Working in collaboration with our centre of excellence teams including, Talent, ER, Payroll to ensure successful delivery of all people initiatives.
- Support organisational change, restructures and consultations with confidence and clarity
- Use data and insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities across the region
- Drive talent, succession and development planning to build future-ready leadership capability
- Embed people policies, ways of working and cultural expectations across stores

What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in a People Partner / HR Business Partner role within a multi-site or retail / FMCG / Hospitality / Leisure environment, that is fast paced
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and UK employment legislation
- Confidence partnering with senior retail leaders and influencing at pace, demonstrating the right level of challenge
- Commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role with regular travel
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities
- Curious with a passion for data to drive decision making
