People Partner – Strategic HR Role

(Not-for-Profit Sector, Tadworth)

### About the Role As a People Partner, you’ll take a strategic approach to HR and employee experience, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. This role offers significant influence to shape people strategies, enhance engagement, and drive organisational performance through a targeted, values-driven lens.


### Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities are split into strategic HR support, employee experience, performance enhancement, and operational efficiency:

Strategic Leadership & Advisory

  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver tailored HR strategy aligned with organisational goals
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, case management, and compliance with UK employment law
  • Collaborate on workforce planning, change management, and business transformation initiatives

  • Streamline HR processes and advocate for HR system enhancements
  • Improve recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management
  • Contribute to ongoing HR systems development and technical optimisation

Leadership & Managerial Coaching

  • Coach managers to build confidence in people management and leadership skills
  • Provide data-driven insights and HR best practices to support decision-making

### Essential Skills & Experience سرع1 **/

  • Proven experience in a HR Business Partner/People Partner role
  • Strong grasp of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Exceptional employment relations handling, especially in complex cases
