Job Description

People Partnering Administrator

Location: Hospital locations - Manchester areas - Manchester, Hull, Macclesfield, Cheshire, Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, and Sheffield - Hybrid working

Contract: Permanent

Join us as a People Partnering Administrator and play a key role in enabling our People team to deliver outstanding service across multiple hospital sites. Locations are Manchester, Hull, Macclesfield, Cheshire

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the People Partnering team across 5–6 hospitals, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all HR processes.
  • Manage employee lifecycle administration – from onboarding and contracts to leavers and everything in between.
  • Maintain HR systems and data integrity, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Provide case and process administration for employee relations and absence management.
  • Produce reports and trackers to support audits, compliance, and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency across sites.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in HR administration or HR services
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with great communication skills.
  • CIPD Level 3 (or willingness to work towards) is desirable.
