People Partnering Administrator
Location: Hospital locations - Manchester areas - Manchester, Hull, Macclesfield, Cheshire, Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, and Sheffield - Hybrid working
Contract: Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the People Partnering team across 5–6 hospitals, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all HR processes.
- Manage employee lifecycle administration – from onboarding and contracts to leavers and everything in between.
- Maintain HR systems and data integrity, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Provide case and process administration for employee relations and absence management.
- Produce reports and trackers to support audits, compliance, and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency across sites.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in HR administration or HR services
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with great communication skills.
- CIPD Level 3 (or willingness to work towards) is desirable.
